more rain

Citizens, we need more rain. Basically, it has been a bit dry, but not as bad as last year. Drought is not very nice. Also, it is cooler, where as it was worse in previous years. Things are important to use. Arid situations use to happen on rare occasions. However, we are seeing them become more common. Perhaps we are entering a new Dust Bowl era.
