Fertility rates are dropping all over.  Expect to see childbirth to become rarer. Developed countries are below replacement now. All this is due to an ongoing economic crisis. Having children is expensive. Getting into a good private school is not easy. Couples just don't have the money. Jobs are few and bills are many.

Chick adds a gluten free bun to its menu.  Hey, this is awesome. Just remember, we need ideas that seem wow. Often, they might be a little crazy. Still, here we are.

Beware of amazon

Beware of amazon. First they wreak your mall and now they are coming into our grocery space. This is one mean company. Jeff, do mess with our food - please we beg you. I can live without books or bookstores which are mostly gone now. OK, so food is another issue.

Ah yes, full frame is max. It is great for getting low light images. Frankly, we do not like crop sensor cameras. Most are cheap and their pictures appear so. Please do get some great gear. That way, you can make your professional photography even more awesome.

Colleges, the truth is that things are not gonna improve. Yeah, that is obvious to many. In fact, most people want a way out of this mess. Often I have heard a saying. It is - where there is a will there is a way.

Hey, we gotta love our cousin sony. They did fix the star eater and heat warming issues. Well, it is not 100%, but it is better now. Friends, we want them to improve our camera... basically, every year even. Yeah, the best strategy is to get our technology to increase. Like we wanna BUY new cameras.

Nikon D7500 is coming. This is an amazing 4K camera. I want to rent one. Then I will see first hand how good it is. Ah yes, time will tell as we see.

Most houses are for rent or for sale, but not both at the same era... we can wonder on over what this means. After all, if you mean - rent to own. Like that is a house horse of a different color as we say. OK, so here we go.
