Let me repeat - many years. What they do now is, try to embrace the old ways. Why can't I use my lap top computer to run android apps? Well, we do have an answer. Maybe their executives feel it is safer to ridicule new ideas and scream... THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE you moron!

Offline companies are in woe. It is hard to compete with online firms as they have less overhead and can offer lower prices. Still, they do not have as great a service. Customers are tired of calling a company... then dealing with a call center that is over seas. 🔖
