Tunguska Event
The Tunguska Event is still a mystery to us. Just exactly what did occur? Well, it was over 100 years ago. Still, we do know that it was probably not an asteroid as no debris was found - ever. Scientist claim it was a comet, but a lot of radiation in the site point in a different direction as we might say. A reality that is strange to be sure.
